Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At Peptide Lord Lab, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. Due to the nature of the products supplied, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Research Products

All products sold by Peptide Lord Lab are supplied strictly for laboratory, scientific and educational research purposes.

Due to product integrity, storage requirements and handling considerations, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Ordering the wrong quantity

  • No longer requiring the product

  • Failure to read product descriptions or website information prior to purchase

Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with assessment, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the external packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution which may include replacement, store credit, refund, or other remedy where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Express services.

Once an order has been accepted by Australia Post, delivery times are outside our direct control.

If tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Shipping delays caused by:

  • Australia Post operations

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

  • Other third-party carrier issues

do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A product supplied is significantly different from the item ordered.

  • A product is faulty or defective.

  • A product fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

  • A refund is otherwise required by law.

Each request is assessed individually.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers

  • Failure to follow website policies or product descriptions

  • Misuse of products

  • Products purchased for any purpose other than laboratory or research use

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in circumstances where consumer guarantees apply.
